Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions (Founder Pro and Founder Elite) on Founder's Path (https://founderspath.lk). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

All subscriptions on Founder's Path are billed on a monthly recurring basis via PayHere.

  • Subscriptions are generally non-refundable
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid tier until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle

2. Eligible Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If a platform issue prevented you from accessing paid features for a significant portion of your billing cycle, and the issue was on our end (not your device, network, or browser)
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing cycle due to a technical error
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If your account or payment method was used without your authorization

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@founderspath.lk with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account username, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the issue
  3. Submit your request within 14 days of the charge you wish to dispute

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via PayHere. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension
  • We will cooperate with any chargeback investigation and provide transaction records as needed
  • If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, the account will be permanently banned

6. Discount Codes & Promotions

Subscriptions purchased with a discount code are subject to the same refund policy. If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be the actual amount charged (after discount), not the full plan price.
